EGG & CÀPHÊ
Egg and CàPhê (coffee) / (noun) — Vietnamese for “coffee,” a rich, creamy drink originating in Hanoi. Egg and CàPhê blends tradition and creativity, bringing bold Vietnamese coffee, Japanese matcha, and fragrant teas to the table. Our robusta beans are brewed with the traditional phin method, roasted by VietFive in Chicago, and packed with more caffeine and antioxidants. Matcha is sourced from Japan and paired with our house cold foams and seasonal fruit purées. Sip the foam first for a true café experience, or stir for sweetness. From Hanoi-style salted cold foam and creamy egg coffee to ube, pandan, jasmine tea, and dairy-free options, every drink is crafted with high-quality ingredients.
