Welcome to Egg & CaPhe. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, mobile app, in-store services, catering, event bookings, and rewards program (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. General Use

Egg & CaPhe provides Vietnamese coffee, sugar cane drinks, matcha beverages, brunch, catering, and event services.

You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases online, book catering or events, or enroll in our rewards program.

By using our Services, you confirm that all information you provide is true and accurate.

2. Menu, Pricing & Availability

Menu items, prices, and availability may change at any time without prior notice.

Prices listed online or in-store are subject to applicable taxes and service charges.

We make every effort to accurately describe our food and drinks, but variations may occur.

3. Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

We take food allergies seriously and strive to provide accurate information.

All items are prepared in a shared kitchen and cross-contact with allergens (including nuts, dairy, soy, gluten, and shellfish) may occur.

Customers with severe allergies should exercise caution and inform staff before ordering.

Egg & CaPhe is not liable for allergic reactions.

4. Catering & Event Services

All catering and event bookings require a signed agreement and deposit.

Final headcounts and menu selections must be confirmed no later than 7 days before the event.

Deposits are non-refundable if the event is canceled less than 14 days before the scheduled date.

Egg & CaPhe reserves the right to refuse service for events that pose safety, health, or reputational risks.

5. Online Orders & Rewards Program

Online orders are subject to availability and may require prepayment.

Our Rewards Program allows customers to earn and redeem points on eligible purchases.

Rewards points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may expire as determined by Egg & CaPhe.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Rewards Program at any time.

6. Payment & Refunds

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and digital payments.

All catering and event services require a deposit. Remaining balances must be paid before or at the time of service.

Refunds for online orders, catering, or events are issued at our sole discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Egg & CaPhe is not liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.

Delays or failures caused by events beyond our control (including weather, power outages, and supplier shortages).

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, app, and marketing materials (logos, images, menus, text) are the property of Egg & CaPhe.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written permission.

9. Privacy Policy

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your information.

Egg & CaPhe reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
