  • Vietnamese coffee is traditionally brewed using a small metal phin filter, creating a slow-dripped, bold, and concentrated brew. It’s typically made with robusta beans, which are naturally stronger and more caffeinated than arabica beans, giving it a distinct, intense flavor.

  •  Robusta beans contain nearly twice the caffeine of arabica beans, making them naturally bolder and more bitter in taste. According to the National Coffee Association, robusta also has higher antioxidant levels and less sugar than arabica, which contributes to its punchy flavor profile.

  • Traditional cà phê sữa đá is made with robusta coffee and sweetened condensed milk, creating a rich and indulgent drink. While coffee itself has been linked to benefits like increased energy and potential protection against certain diseases (Mayo Clinic – Coffee & Health), condensed milk adds sugar and calories — so it’s best enjoyed in moderation.

  • Matcha is rich in antioxidants called catechins, which may support heart health, metabolism, and overall wellness. It also contains L-theanine, an amino acid that promotes calm focus. According to WebMD, matcha may provide more concentrated antioxidants than traditional green tea, making it a powerful daily drink.

  • Unlike green tea, which is steeped and then discarded, matcha is made by whisking the entire powdered tea leafinto water or milk. This means you’re consuming the whole leaf, which provides a higher concentration of antioxidants and nutrients (Healthline – Matcha vs Green Tea).

  • Yes. A typical serving of matcha contains 60–70 mg of caffeine, compared to 95–200 mg in a cup of brewed coffee. Thanks to its combination of caffeine and L-theanine, matcha provides sustained energy without the jitters. Learn more from WebMD.

  • Sugarcane juice is made by pressing raw sugarcane stalks to extract its naturally sweet and refreshing liquid. In Vietnam, it’s a popular street drink, often enjoyed with lime or kumquat for a tropical twist.

  • Fresh sugarcane juice is rich in natural sugars, electrolytes, and antioxidants. According to Medical News Today, it may support hydration and energy. However, because it’s naturally sweet, it’s best enjoyed in moderation.

  • No — our sugarcane drinks are made with 100% fresh-pressed cane juice. We may offer optional infusions like lime or passionfruit, but all of the sweetness comes directly from the sugarcane itself.
